How do I submit my pet's photo?
We accept traditional printed photos (we will send them back to you with your order,) as well
as digital files. Minimum resolution is 150dpi. If you are scanning a photo, please set the resolution
to 300dpi. You can send the file as a .jpg, .eps, .tif, .psd, or .pdf. We will take care of color
correction and cropping.
I just placed an order. When will my item ship?
Once we have received your payment, we will contact you within 48 hours with a proof of your
order and an estimated ship date. Some items take longer to ship than others due to curing time.
Personal checks are subject to holding until cleared, which takes up to 7 business days.
I'd love to have my photo printed on a toddler shirt/pillowcase/apron... can you do that?
We work with multiple distributors and have access to hundreds of products and styles. Let us
know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to find it for you.
I have a family photo/child's artwork that I'd like to have on a shirt, is this possible?
Absolutely. As long as there is no copyright on the image, we can accommodate your request.
My shirt doesn't fit. Can I exchange it for another size?
Unfortunately, because our items are all custom made we are not able to accept returns.
